Everfront Solutions offers guaranteed rent and protection products aimed at private landlords who are tired of arrears and chasing payments. They needed a premium, finance-grade web presence at everfront-solutions.com that could carry a serious promise (“Your rent. Guaranteed. Every month.”) without feeling like a generic property template.
This engagement focused on the public marketing site: hero messaging, trust signals, process narrative, benefits layout, and routes to about, calculator, contact, and legal pages. A wider landlord portal, underwriting workflows, and back-office tooling are part of the longer product plan, not something we present here as finished.
What we built
A landlord-first story from the first screen
The homepage leads with the core offer in plain language: fixed monthly income for UK landlords, with supporting copy on voids, arrears, and tenant admin. A trust bar surfaces concrete proof points (protection limits, legal cover, claims timing, contract flexibility) so visitors see specifics early, not fluff. Primary navigation stays minimal: Home, About, Calculator, Contact, plus a Landlord Portal entry for when that experience is ready for traffic.
Process and depth without drowning the visitor
The Everfront process section breaks onboarding into three steps: portfolio submission and risk assessment, policy activation, and monthly payment / claims / legal support. Below that, a benefits layout expands institutional-grade protection (liability, legal, remedial works, claims) without turning the page into a wall of small print.
Calculator and conversion paths
The Calculator route gives landlords a practical way to explore the offer with server-backed logic (Cloudflare Functions) rather than bolting on a third-party widget that would break the visual system. Contact and legal pages (terms, privacy) sit alongside the marketing story so ads, organic search, and referrals all land in a coherent, trustworthy funnel.

Technical delivery
The site is an Astro project with React islands and Tailwind CSS, deployed on Cloudflare Pages. Static-first pages keep first paint fast; serverless functions power interactive flows where the business logic belongs on the server. That split matches how we like to ship marketing sites: a calm, fast shell with small, well-defined pockets of dynamism.
SEO and ongoing growth
Page structure and copy align with guaranteed rent and UK landlord intent without keyword stuffing. JSON-LD and metadata follow the live brand (including Open Graph imagery on the CDN). As Everfront scales, the same wins apply as for any regulated-adjacent offer: clear service pages, honest claims, strong reviews and citations, and keeping calculator and compliance copy aligned whenever products or FCA positioning evolve.
What comes next
The Landlord Portal route is staged as coming soon (and kept out of indexation while that remains true). The next chapters of the build are the secure onboarding surface, portfolio submission, and the internal tools the team needs to underwrite and manage policies, work that sits alongside this public site rather than replacing it.
